Anderson Fiber Blend with LB Pre-biotic™

As part of Health Solutions Cleanse System, Fiber Blend is a high-potency, comprehensive fiber complex with pre-biotic. This product contains a special blend of effective, all-natural, soluble and insoluble fibers with a unique pre-biotic.

Psyllium is contraindicated in those hypersensitive to psyllium or to any psyllium-containing product. It should also not be used by individuals with an intestinal obstruction, fecal impaction, and difficulty in swallowing or esophageal narrowing. Psyllium should always be taken with adequate amounts of fluid. Inadequate fluid intake can cause psyllium to swell and block the throat, esophagus, or intestines. Psyllium should not be taken before bedtime.

The most common reactions to psyllium are abdominal distension and flatulence. Severe allergic reactions are not common, but have been reported. If you have or think you have an allergy to psyllium, do not take this product.
